Snow Queen Concept

This is another concept shot, where the shot is done in my studio and digitized for this fantasy effect.

One of my latest works : RX8 Batman Theme

My Client who is the owner of the vehicle is a batman fan himself... And he requested a design that can match his car sticker decals so I came out with this concept.

Yogurt Bliss Studio Photoshoot

Just trying out my new Canon Powershot G12 in my studio! Despite being a compact camera, it really amazed me in its class! So here are the shots to share...

Despite being able to shoot at high shutter up to 1/1250, it still has some limitations like when in timer mode, it doesn't fire the trigger.. why? I myself have no idea lolz..So I had to have an assistant to help me fire as wireless trigger doesn't work, only wired ones and my wired triggers, well, they ain't that long .

Natasha - Portraiture Shoot (Vintage In Modern)

Portraiture was my nightmare last year as I do not really like taking people. I am more focused and interested in still life and macro if possible. Of course, as time goes by, I am more comfortable with that taking people slowly.

Here is my latest shots of Natasha at the park behind my studio. Based on the sun "wrong"direction, I decided to create my own sun flare with my flashes that gives that type of look. To view more photos, do go to my 500px portfolio Site !

Insects and their tiny environments offer an unlimited amount of color, texture, and physical architecture to explore.  They are as unique as we are, and they are obviously much more plentiful.  As an added bonus, I don't need to have to get a “model release” after I've shot them! For more photos of my works, do go to my 500px Portfolio Site! During For most months of the year, bugs can be found just about everywhere, and most make very willing subjects…

The Sea, The Beach and The Rain...

I had a facebook group outing with my girlfriend and friends... Due to still a slight drissle... We had to take shelter at Tanjong Beach Club..When I looked around, I saw a flower between the greens of the bushes near my table. Then I went closer and saw an ant moving in and out of the flower looking busy. So I quickly took my macro magnifier and fit it on my lens to take a shot. Due to the flash and ISO control, I successfully darken the background and soliciting the flower and the ant as that's what I want to focus on. But due to it being a macro magnifier, the edges tend to be really soft.

The rain started to clear and the droplets by the leaves are really attractive. So with my macro magnifier on, I carried on taking some shots of it and got a shot.

The rain cleared, and the sun beams through the clouded skies, so I stroll down the beach and walk through the soft sands.. As I walked nearer to the shore, the sands became more rough. I wonder why myself, maybe is just that sands differ in different beaches in this same island , Sentosa? Anyway, something caught my eye. I saw shoe imprints (Unfortunately not foot imprints) near the shore, and further up, I saw a father building sand castles with his daughter. This is a photo opportunity that shouldn't be missed. I manage to take a shot and this is what I got.

The foot(shoes) imprints shows how much our parents carry us before we even start walking and knowing the world. The burden they put on their shoulders which explains the single track of the imprints. And the father and daughter relationship up above shows how much our parents spend time with us even though they have a lot of things to handle especially in their career.

So far , this is one of the most meaningful shots I have done and felt happy to share with you all.

Nature Shoot with Rain Surprise

What a day today at Hortpark, beautiful Garden hub as I walked by garden of different themes. Then a bee startled me when it landed on my arm, got a slight surprise though. My other photographer friend and my gf was taken aback by my reaction. Anyway, the bees are really busy by nature indeed.. Here are my shots showing their busy routine !

but those shots, the skies started turning gloomy.. and yes, even though I thought it would be passing rain, I was wrong... So we turned back and head for shelter, not long after reaching, a sudden downpour followed. It is quite difficult to head back to my car as it was raining heavily and we do not have an umbrella. So we stayed and sit by the table near by... while waiting, i noticed the water splash near the balcony and decided to try taking some water shots... These are what I got, enjoy !

I did a few studio shoots for Chloe.. It is not such a hassle as she have a very tame nature. She likes hugs as and when during the process of the studio shoot. Here are the lovely photos of her:
